As a dancer and teacher of dance, I was disappointed with skirts available in the market. I designed an alternative that is a significant departure from available skirts. The Gretchen Evans' skirt moves with the dancer. The look at rest is classical and demure. In motion, the design allows the legs to become defined and the skirt comes alive.
